SUBMIT.Make arrangements for drop off at the Carolina Donor Services, 909 E Arlington Blvd, Greenville, NC from 9am - 5:30pm. Make other arrangements for submissions by phone at (252)493-6760 or e-mail us at [email protected] before December 9th. Artwork should be framed or matted and include a submission and photo release form.

Competition Format
Participants and their families are invited to a Gallery Reception where all artwork will be judged and prizes will be awarded. Home-school students are allowed to submit one piece of artwork per household to be entered into the finalist round. Schools are encouraged to have competitions within each school for the selection of the 3-4 most unique works. Instructors may submit additional participant photos in jpeg format to [email protected] for display online. Students not selected are allowed to enter the Facebook Honorable Mention competition portion.
Facebook Honorable Mention Competition
Students may submit images to Facebook.com/ENCDIP from December 7th – December 11th at 11:59pm EST. Photos will be posted to the ENCDIP Facebook page and the post with the most “likes” will become our honorable mention for the 2015 competition and be awarded. Students competing for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place are asked to refrain from submitting to the Facebook Honorable Mention portion of the competition. Students that are not awarded at the gallery reception are welcome to submit images of their artwork at the conclusion of the gallery reception.
